165 CUTTING TOOLS Soluble lubricating-cooling, exempt from Boron e Biocides Use Performa Due cutting fluids are specific to:] - replace formula oils containing boron, amines, biocides - milling operations on all metals, including operations with precision boring and reaming machines on aluminium and/or its alloys - large scale milling operations on bonded steel - AVP machining operations The particular formulas of Performa Due mineral cutting fluids are free from: - boron compounds, amines, - diethanolamine and nitrosamine, - formaldehyde and its donor products, - nitrites and their donor products, - E.P. additives containing sulphur, phosphur, zinc, - diphenyl and terphenyl polychlorates, - ZnDTP. These formulas allow modification of traditional sump emulsion management methods (graph A), introducing the more modern philosophy of preventive maintenance on individual sumps (graph B). PERFORMA Due / Due A / Due CF / Due Due Main Characteristics I Performa Due mineral cutting fluids, free from boron and biocides, are formulated to improve environmental impact, safeguard the health of operator, guarantee high performance during cutting operations.
