166 Solubre lubricating-cooling with base derived from renewable sources Use Performa plant-based cutting fluids are used specifically to: - replace oils formulated with mineral bases - carry out grinding operations on steel and cast iron pieces - carry out milling operations on all metals - carry out heavy-duty milling operations on bonded steel The stabilised, biodegradable plant components in Performa plant-based cutting fluids have a so-called “polar” molecular structure which, unlike traditional mineral oils, arranges itself in a regular manner on the surface of the piece being machined. This essential feature, very similar to the surface of the metal being machined, means that an equivalent mechanical machining operation gives overall better results in terms of lower consumption, less wear in tools and lower machining time. PERFORMA VEGETALE Main Features Performa plant-based cutting fluids are formulated to improve environmental impact, safeguard the health of operators, guarantee high performance during the cutting operations. These are multi-purpose formulas, using base oils from renewable sources and without risk labels.
